Legal Documents for Participating in the Claims Process
Please be informed that these legal documents are in the process of being revised in light of changes to the YDC Settlement Fund statute effective in June 2024. Revised legal documents will need to be approved by the Joint Fiscal Committee of the N.H. Legislature. The length of time for that process is unknown to Claims Administration staff. Updates will be posted when known.
